If you have gone surfing around the web looking at different websites for design ideas, you may have noticed that many of them look and feel the same. Often times this is because they are either using a template - changing some graphics and colors - or the designer has found a style that works and just keeps reusing it.
You are unique, an original. And your website should reflect that. I do not use templates, and write all code by hand. This gives me full control over the transition from "vision" to "website reality".
Ultimately, it comes down to what the website owner, you, want. As a designer I will work with you to determine the look and feel of your site, always keeping in mind who the target audience is. During the construction of the site, current HTML and CSS will be used with the incorporation of Section 508 Accessibility Standard.
